Sunday was good in terms of my eating considering it was a weekend and I tend to binge on weekends. I had grapes and mangoes for the entire morning. Lunch was fried fish with boiled veggies and salad. Had the same for dinner as well. Had some tea and puff biscuits during the afternoon. All the same I’m back to 88 kgs.
