Court document swears Kenyan birth cert legit

There are a few points I want to bring forward in regards to the following article. For starters why would Lucas Smith risk committing perjury if he himself wouldn’t be sure about the authenticity of the document. Let’s face it he would know it to be a forgery he would only stand to loose without a prospect of gain.
