Sunday was a painful day with my throat at its rawest. Pain killers helped a bit but I could not talk. Didn’t eat any fruit save for an apple and a madafu. Went to the beach and relaxed with my painful throat whilst hubby took baby for a swim in the ocean. Later I took baby for a walk on the beach and carried him all the way back. So I still am strong.
